1866 (5 Feb.) Envelope from Moscow to Paris/France, franked on reverse by 1858 Arms 20k and 10k, perf. 12 1/2 and 1864 Arms 1k pair, perf. 12 1/2 and 1865 5k, perf. 14 1/2 tied by dotted numeral “11” (St. Petersburg train station), both red and black St.Petersburg cds alongside, obverse bears Prussian AUS RUSSLAND cds, a rare example of a cover franked 37k after 1st January 1866 as rate was lowered to 28k then, very fine 3-issue and 4-colour frankingProvenance : Bianchi collection
