1835 (27 May) Incoming Mail from London to Demerara, endorsed “p. Sandach” and bearing boxed PORTSMOUTH / SHIP LETTER, Lieut. Col. Bentinck had already left Demerara at the time of the arrival of the letter which was thus redirected back to London
